Situated within minutes to all attractions whether you're a beach goers or avid golfer, Loni's Beach Cottage is perfect for friends and family. Our kitchen comes fully loaded with all the essentials, including shiny new quartz countertops and sleek stainless steel appliances.
Each of the spacious bedrooms feature a 42-inch Smart TV for your entertainment. Keep your vacation wardrobe fresh with our in-unit washer and dryer, and for extra guests, we’ve got two comfortable floor mattresses ready to go.

Pet fee is $110 per stay. Please be sure to add pet to reservation.
Please keep dog crated when you're not at the unit.
There is a 2 dog limit per stay. If you sneak in a dog, we will ask you to leave.
Backyard fence is not completely fenced in.
We love dogs, but please be considerate of neighbors if your dog is a consistent barker. We recommend a barking deterrent or take dog with you when you leave the unit

Loni's Beach House is located in a dog-friendly neighborhood. Please clean up after your dog.
Please keep noise to a minimum and respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
All guests that book this unit are required to sign a rental agreement. We will also agree to security deposit that is held. The Security Deposit hold will be released after departure but may be used to charge for any damages that occur during your stay.

The house was great! Very clean easy to find everything and super cozy. Walking to the beach takes seconds, the back yard area while open still feels like you have some privacy. Loni gave some recommendations for local spots, we loved Beach Dreamz coffee! Wish we could have stayed longer but this was a great little getaway for my birthday. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay. Quick and easy walk to the beach. Home had everything you could need and a peaceful backyard space to relax. Our dogs had a great time and enjoyed the dog friendly local beach hours and hanging with us at the house. Host were really helpful with wonderful dining suggestions -don't miss Blueberry Grill - and kept in touch throughout our stay.
