The newly renovated oceanside 2-bedroom upper-level duplex unit accommodates up to 6 guests, offering a fresh and comfortable stay. Come and experience the charm of The Beach Oasis, where the beauty of the beach meets the warmth of home.
The Space at The Beach Oasis
Located on the upper floor of a 2-story duplex, relax on the front porch as you start or end your day with the soothing sea breeze. Inside, watch for your favorite shows or movies on the 50-inch flat screen TV and cook up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with shiny stainless steel appliances.
Rest easy in the spacious master bedroom or the twin bedroom, each boasting a 42-inch Smart TV.
Keep your beachwear fresh with our in-unit washer and dryer, and for extra guests, we have two twin roll-out beds ready to go. Parking is hassle-free with two spaces right out front. Rinse off the sand from beach adventures with our outdoor shower, and why not grill some dinner on the charcoal grill? Our outdoor area, lit by string lights and furnished with 6 patio chairs, is perfect for evening relaxation.
A brief 2-3 minute stroll will take you to the beach, making it easy to dash back and forth whenever you like. And for those who can’t bear to leave their furry friends behind, you’ll be happy to know our neighborhood loves pets.

There is a 2 dog limit per stay. If you sneak in a dog, we will ask you to leave.
Backyard fence is not completely fenced in.
We love dogs, but we recommend a barking deterrent or take dog with you when you leave the unit. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

All guests that book this unit will be required to sign a rental agreement and agree to security deposit hold. Security Deposit hold will be released after departure but may be used to charge for any damages that occur during your stay

This place was everything me and my family needed! A short walk to the beach with an outside shower to rinse any extra sand off! Wonderful outside seating arrangement, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty to do in such a short drive! We will be back :)

My family & I (including our pet) had an amazing stay! Loni was an amazing host and provided us with a guidebook that was super helpful. The location is just a few steps from the beach, and having the outdoor shower was a plus. I would definitely stay here again!
