Welcome to Loni's Beach Retreat, the ideal beachside getaway! The modern beach rental is just a few steps away from the clear waters and sandy beaches of Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. Nestled in a quiet, pet-friendly neighborhood, the newly renovated beach home provides a cozy retreat. Imagine walking on the sand and enjoying the waves.
Along with the retreat, we offer two beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and a boogie board, ensuring all the essentials for a fun-filled day at the beach. Packed and ready, it's time for a beach adventure.
The Space at Loni's Beach Retreat
Nestled in the cozy lower unit of a two-story duplex, kick back on the welcoming front porch, the perfect nook for your morning coffee or evening unwind. Inside, dive into entertainment with the living room's 50-inch flat-screen TV, or whip up your favorite meals in a fully equipped kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances. Sleep comes easy in the spacious master bedroom or the twin bedroom, each outfitted with a 42-inch Smart TV for private viewing. An in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.
For extra guests, two twin roll-out beds are readily available. Parking is hassle-free with two complimentary spaces right out front.
After a day at the beach, the outdoor shower is a refreshing stop before you fire up the charcoal grill for an evening BBQ, surrounded by six patio chairs under the glow of string lights. And with just a brief 2-3 minute stroll to the beach in a pet-friendly neighborhood, Loni's Beach Retreat is your gateway to a perfect beachside haven, blending relaxation with the simple joys of beach life.

Pet fee is $110 per stay. Please be sure to add pet to reservation.
Please keep dog crated when you're not at the unit.
There is a 2 dog limit per stay. If you sneak in a dog, we will ask you to leave.
Backyard fence is not completely fenced in.
We love dogs, but we recommend a barking deterrent or take dog with you when you leave the unit. Please be considerate of neighbors if your dog is a consistent barker.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $200 fee for odor removal.

Guests at Loni's Beach Retreat will have access to using a personalized door code for quick and easy access. Door code will be emailed day of arrival at noon.

Late check out without prior notice can result in additional fees
We also located in a dog friendly neighborhood amongst beautiful homes. Please clean up after your dog
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8pm
All guests that book this unit will be required to sign a rental agreement and agree to security deposit hold. Security Deposit hold will be released after departure but may be used to charge for any excessive clean or damages that occur during your stay

Today, we enjoy hosting families and ensuring their happiness and just plain ol’ good times.

Our family beach trip was nice and relaxing! Loni’s space was extremely nice and clean, a lot of natural light and a very relaxing setting. Super short walk to the beach, just one street over! The outdoor hangout area was perfect to sit around and spend time with our family after our trips to the beach. As a host, she was super responsive, very understanding and accommodating. Super pet friendly area!

The space was even better than described, only one block from the beach with extremely easy access. The house was clean, extremely cute, and an amazing location. Loni was very helpful and provided several recommendations for restaurants that I tried, and absolutely loved! So happy that this is dog friendly as it suited my family perfectly for our vacation would 100% stay here again.
